Tomaquag Museum's Indigenous Empowerment Center Art Market

Tomaquag Museum’s Indigenous Artist Market in partnership with PVDFest is one of several art market opportunities throughout the year that provide local Native vendors in having multiple opportunities at low or no cost to sell their art. These partnerships are made possible by the Tomaquag Museum’s Indigenous Empowerment Center whose mission is to combat systems of oppression that have historically marginalized Rhode Island’s Indigenous population. Through this work with our partners we create opportunities & connections that otherwise would not be accessible to the community. We do this to empower our local Indigenous community not only today but for the next 7 generations.
