- Must be able to use Microsoft and Asana
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand and walk for extended periods of time
Job Description:
- Conceiving, managing, contracting, producing the Goods & Artisan Market on September 6, 2025
- Providing the Festival team with all technical, operations, and production needs
- Attend team meetings as requested
- Information sent out to vendors
- Point of Contact for vendors leading up to PVDFest Weekend
- Creating an Ops plan for load in and load out
- Track vendor confirmations and secure vendor fee payment
- Collaborating with the Festival Team for a Virtual Info Meeting for Vendors
- Collaborating with the Festival Team for Day of Logistics
- Provide marketing materials to the Festival Team
- Provide a communications contact for the PR team
- Provide on-site management for vendors the weekend of PVDFest
- Adhering to all marketing deadlines; using official PVDFest guidelines and branding guides provided by FirstWorks and the Dept. of Arts, Culture, Tourism.
- Provide Proof of Insurance
