  Joe Bruce, known artistically as The Waterbearer, is a Rhode Island-based musician, songwriter, and creative whose sound blends hip-hop, R&B, pop, and indie influences. Since beginning his professional music career in 2018, he has developed a style built around honest storytelling, melodic vocals, and thoughtful lyricism. His music has expanded into film and sync licensing, including an end-credits placement in the Emmy-nominated documentary American Reckoning.
