Tomaquag Museum’s Indigenous Empowerment Center:

Established in 2016, Tomaquag’s Indigenous Empowerment Center (IEC) strives to eradicate poverty in the Indigenous Community of Rhode Island through equity building with our ever-expanding network of partners. We are proud to partner with PVDFest which helps us to ensure Indigenous representation at Rhode Island’s largest art festival by supporting local Native art businesses and showcasing, just like the mural down city represents, that we are in fact “still here”.
