From explosive Bollywood beats to electrifying Bhangra, and from soulful Indian classical to joyful folk and fusion, this performance is more than dance—it’s a cultural celebration that unites hearts and ignites joy.
Dance BFF is an award winning dance group with a mission to make Rhode Island fall in love with Bollywood, Bhangra and other Indian dance styles, while promoting wellness and solidarity. BFF was the winner of Best of Rhode Island in 2018. Founded in 2016 by dance dreamers Rupa Datta and Rutuja Patil, Dance BFF is here to spread love for Indian dance, inspire wellness through movement, and build lasting friendships through art. From school workshops to private events to the public stage, we don’t just dance—we create community.
