Carolyn Dutra Dance Studio and Dance For Art present a dynamic, family-friendly dance showcase featuring dancers ages 3–18 performing an exciting variety of dance styles set to a diverse selection of music. Audiences will enjoy expressive performances and engaging choreography that celebrate creativity, community, and the power of dance to bring people together while entertaining audiences of all ages.
Under the direction of former Radio City Rockette, Carolyn Dutra Dance Studio (CDDS) has been a leader in dance education in Southern New England for 53 years, providing exceptional dance training while fostering creativity, kindness, confidence, and community. A performance-based studio, CDDS offers classes for ages 16 months through adult in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acrobatics, and more, with performance opportunities throughout the community, in our own productions, and on national and international stages.
Dance For Art, Inc. (DFA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to dance through performances, scholarships, and community engagement. DFA supports continued education, creates meaningful performance opportunities, assists military families, and helps keep dance accessible by funding scholarships, costumes, venues, and other program costs. Together, CDDS and DFA celebrate creativity, strengthen community, and inspire a lifelong love of the arts.
