Rhode Island Fashion Week Designers and Models
Yemi Sekoni is a talent agent, fashion producer, and creative director with more than a decade of experience producing fashion events and creating opportunities for emerging and established talent throughout New England. She is the founder and executive producer of Rhode Island Fashion Week, a platform dedicated to showcasing designers, models, photographers, stylists, and other creative professionals while building greater visibility for Rhode Island’s fashion community.
Through Rhode Island Fashion Week and her work in talent representation, Yemi has produced runway shows, fashion showcases, community events, photo productions, and creative collaborations that bring together artists from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. Her work is centered on creating professional, inclusive spaces where fashion can serve as both an art form and a vehicle for connection, collaboration, and opportunity.

The Tye Cooper Experience
Hip-Hop / Live Band Performance. Tye Cooper will perform a live-band set featuring original music performed with a drummer, bassist, and keyboardist/pianist. The performance will blend hip-hop vocals with live instrumentation and reworked arrangements designed specifically for a festival setting.. The set will highlight Cooper’s connection to Providence while showcasing the evolution of his music and live performance. Rather than simply recreating recorded tracks, the band will give the material a dynamic live interpretation.
Tye Cooper is a Providence, Rhode Island–based recording artist, performer, and creative force whose work bridges hip-hop, live instrumentation, storytelling, and contemporary culture. A veteran of stages alongside artists including Rakim, Wiz Khalifa, Busta Rhymes, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Juicy J, Method Man & Redman, Curren$y, and Jay Electronica, Cooper has built a reputation for bringing an adaptable and energetic presence to every stage he touches.
Rooted in Providence and connected to a growing audience beyond Rhode Island, Cooper continues to expand his creative platform through music, live performance, digital media, and his ongoing Cooper Codes series. His work reflects the perspective of an artist who has remained deeply connected to his city while continually creating opportunities to take that perspective beyond it. For PVD Fest 2026, Cooper will present a live-band performance featuring reimagined arrangements of original material, bringing together hip-hop vocals, live instrumentation, and the energy of a full performance setting.
