Job Time Frame: Sept 5-6, 2025 (rain date Sept 7) early morning till late
Hospitality Assistant Description:
PVDFest 2025 is seeking an organized and experienced individual to be the Hospitality Assistant to coordinate and oversee all hospitality activities for artist green room area.
Duties may include:
- Assisting with set-up & breakdown
- Assisting with one pre-festival shopping trip week-before
- Assisting catering staff with on-site needs
- Overseeing designated rooms and areas for cleanliness
- Helping artist who may have food restrictions/allergies navigate from provided selections
- Packing to-go containers as needed
- Attending 2 festival meetings with the production team
- Ensuring only people with access to hospitality are accessing event catering
- Ensure all safety procedures are being followed
- Exemplifying excellent management and communication skills
- Showing a respectful and amicable attitude towards all people involved with the festival
- Other duties at the discretion of the Director(s), Producer(s), and/or ACT Team
- Ensure that the catering company’s aware of festival’s schedule, including meal times and locations
- Coordinate the logistics of meal service, including set-up, serving areas, and dining arrangements
- Oversee the timely delivery and presentation of meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Monitor food service areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
