CALL FOR FOOD Vendors: PVDFest 2019

 

Produced by the City of Providence Department of Art, Culture + Tourism, together with a producing partner, PVDFest (June 6-9, 2019) will turn the Creative Capital into a multi-disciplinary stage. Providence’s world-renowned art, culture and culinary community join forces with artists from across the country and globe to deliver a once in a lifetime experience. Live music, dance, food, and visual art installations transform the city in a four-day, multi-arts take-over of public spaces, parks, and outdoor stages in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island.

Applications will be accepted until February 1, 2019.

Eligibility  

You must submit permits at the time of application.   Fees and proof of insurance will be due 2 weeks after you receive notice of application acceptance.

    A Providence Peddler's License, RI Mobile Food Service License and RI Sales Tax Permit are required at the time of applying. Please upload a copy of each license in the appropriate section.

  • Please read all the terms and conditions from the Providence Fire Department, RI Department of Health and the PVDFest Team. Check the box to the left to agree to abide by the terms and conditions for each respective section. I hereby warrant and confirm that the above information is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct, and further certify that I have read all of the information provided in this application and agree with and will abide by the Terms & Conditions provided. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee a space. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the producing partner and the City of Providence, its officers, directors, volunteers, officials, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, and causes of action of whatever nature or type (including but not limited to causes of action based upon tort, strict liability or otherwise), and all attorney fees, costs, and expenses incidental thereto, which may arise or in any way be connected directly or indirectly, with my participation in vending at PVDFest 2019. This indemnification is absolute, personal to me, and is not limited by the insurance coverage that the Vendor may have in place. Vendor understands that the City of Providence is under no obligation to provide insurance to cover the Vendor for loss from any cause to any of Vendor's property. By agreeing, the Vendor agrees to hold the producing partner and the City of Providence harmless for any liability or loss whatsoever.
