Zone Manager

Job Time Frame: Sept 4-7, 2025

Zone Manager Description:
PVDFest 2025 is seeking organized and experienced individuals to manage, coordinate, oversee a designated zone within the festival footprint, including stages, vendors, activations, and other attractions.

Duties may include:

• Coordinate and communicate between various zones, vendors, stages, activations, and other stakeholders
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and participants within zone, providing assistance, information, and
  addressing concerns
• Address any technical, logistic, or production issues within zone promptly
• Carrying and moving items over 30-50lbs between festival activations and stages
• Able to think on their feet, respond quickly, and efficiently to requests
• Assisting artists performing in PVDFest 2025
• Assist other Zone Managers, Stage Managers, and Production Assistants when necessary
• Attending 3–4 festival meetings with the production team
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Exemplifying excellent management and communication skills
• Showing a respectful and amicable attitude towards all people involved with the festival
• Assisting with setup, breakdown , and trash plan of PVDFest
• Responding to communications before and during the event, including e-mail, telephone, etc.
• Other duties at the discretion of the Director(s), Producer(s), Stage Mangers, and/or ACT Team
• Must have a valid license
